Fixed Term Contract Architect required for central London team

A central London-based architecture practice is seeking a talented architect to join its mid size team, to work across projects on technical delivery, from housing, mixed use schemes, to data centres. They are a fun and focused technical minded team, producing great projects from conception to completion, all working in Revit.
The Role
This role is ideal for an Architect with a proven track record in housing design and delivery. The successful candidate will be passionate about tackling housing and urban challenges and rethinking how sustainable and well thought homes are designed.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong technical mind and a problem-solving mindset
A portfolio showcasing lots of UK projects, with a focus on stage 4 and 5
Excellent communication abilities
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take initiative
Proficiency in Revit, with a good couple of years using in practice
An out-of-the-box thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for architecture
Must be ARB accredited for this position and have right to work in the UK
Be available to start within a month, and this will be a 6 or 9 month fixed term contract, under PAYE
