Fire Safety Contracts Officer

The role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing primarily 1 passive fire remedial contractor Monitor and manage completion of Fire Risk Assessment actions
Provide guidance to internal staff members on completion of Fire Safety actions
Communicate with internal teams to help with access, etc
Raise, track & receipt purchase orders our system
Lead weekly and monthly contract meetings with contractor/s, set agendas, consistently reviewing workloads, expected completions, work in progress, etc.
Liaise with consultants, when needed for post inspections, quote checks, specifications, etcKey skills experience:
Experience in contract /and or stakeholder management
Knowledge of fire risk and the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
Financial management ensuring our Contractors are paid on time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
