Experienced Architect – Central London Studio
Permanent position
£40-£48k
A central London architectural studio is looking for a skilled Architect to join their growing team. Specialising in design focused quality residential, heritage retrofits, and mixed‑use projects, the practice emphasises thoughtful design, materiality, and context. This is a key role to strengthen project delivery as the practice expands.
Role Overview
- Work on day‑to‑day project management under senior guidance
- Manage projects across RIBA Stages 0‑4
- Produce high‑quality design, planning, and construction documentation
- Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients/contractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
About You
- ARB registered Architect with 3‑5 years post‑Part ARB qualification
- Experience in a design‑focused architectural studio
- Strong technical knowledge and construction understanding
- Design literate, with a portfolio showcasing well‑resolved, thoughtful work
- Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
- Clear communicator with clients, consultants, and contractors
Software & BIM
- Proficient in Revit (required), with experience in MicroStation, as the practice currently has projects delivered in both software.
- Actively contribute to the studio\’s BIM transition to Revit (2026)
