Eden Brown is seeking an experienced Engineering Skills Coach to provide short-term cover for a leading Further Education college in Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with practical knowledge of MOET (Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician) standards to support students and staff during a 4-week period.
What you'll do:
- Deliver high-quality engineering coaching and practical skills sessions.
- Support learners in line with MOET frameworks and industry best practices.
- Ensure continuity of learning during a staff absence.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Skills Coach or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MOET standards and applications.
- Assessor qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA, or equivalent).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring in a practical learning environment.
