Revit Technician (MEP Building Services)

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services consultancy for an experienced Revit Technician to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of projects while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll produce and coordinate high-quality MEP Revit models and drawings, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

You'll also attend site visits and surveys to support project delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience using Revit within an MEP building services environment.
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health building services.
  • Experience producing coordinated BIM models and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Willingness to attend project sites as required.
  • Able to work from the Surrey office five days per week.
