They are seeking a Digital Senior Manager to lead digital and data transformation engagements for major clients across Ireland and the UK. This is a senior, client-facing role for an individual who can combine strategic thinking, delivery leadership, commercial awareness, and technical credibility to shape solutions, build trusted relationships, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding digital consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital and data transformation engagements from initial shaping and scoping through to successful delivery and measurable client outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a credible advisor on digital strategy, technology transformation, and change.
  • Develop and oversee solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with Microsoft Fabric experience highly advantageous.
  • Advise clients on digital strategy, technology strategy, data governance, enterprise architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and management information solutions that generate actionable business insights.
  • Shape solution architecture, business process automation, systems integration, and API-enabled workflows.
  • Collaborate across business and technical teams to define requirements and translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify challenges, capture requirements, and support sustainable organisational change.
  • Support account growth through opportunity identification, proposal development, and commercial delivery.
  • Mentor colleagues, contribute to thought leadership, and help strengthen the firms digital consulting capability and market presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6+ years consulting or industry experience within utilities, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or other asset-intensive sectors.
  • Strong experience leading digital transformation, business change, or operational improvement initiatives in complex organisations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Experience in digital strategy, data strategy, data governance, enterprise architecture, or solution design.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Experience designing dashboards, reporting solutions, KPI frameworks, and management information systems.
  • Good understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL processes, data pipelines, APIs, and systems integration.
  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution recommendation.
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting business development, proposal creation, account management, or revenue growth activities.
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) would be advantageous.
  • Relevant degree qualification in business, engineering, technology, data, or a related field desirable.
