The Opportunity

They are looking for a real principal to lead digital and data transformation engagements across Ireland. This is a senior client-facing role that demands skills in communication, strategy, business development, delivery leadership, and bringing through the next generation of talent. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead meaningful transformation programmes and help steer growth for this specialist practice.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Candidates will have a deep understanding of management consulting, able to communicate ideas to executive stakeholders with real polish.
  • Able to tackle complex organisational challenges and will be highly credible in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering or real estate.
  • A background with a Big 4 would be advantageous.
  • You will have experience leading digital, data or perhaps business transformation programmes.

  • A track record of delivering results in complex, asset-intensive sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, engineering, construction or manufacturing.
