An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join the children & Families Team, North & Mid Devon.

Long term contracts with rates of pay from £47.50ph..

An agreed weekly agency accommodation / commuter travel allowance of up to £150 per week is offered for those living 50 miles or more from their work base.

Team Manager, Children & Families, North & Mid We're seeking an experienced Team Manager to support our children and young people located in Taw View, North Team.

Our Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality social care services.

We're embedding our new restorative practice approach across our teams and making significant investment in training all practitioners and managers to build, maintain and repair relationships with our children and families.

Applicants must be experienced as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work, and should have strong interpersonal and relationship skills to lead, support and develop the team.

They must be able to commit to being on site in Taw View, North Walk, Barnstaple for duty week and then as required e. g. for training during non-duty weeks.

The pay rate is dependent upon experience within frontline services and is agreed with the hiring manager upon successful interview.
