We are seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee multiple fast-track commercial office fit-out projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 3-4 concurrent projects, each valued up to £3M, with durations of 3-4 months.
- Oversee all commercial aspects: cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial management within the fit-out sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under fast-track conditions.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.
- Familiarity with Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects and modern procurement routes.
- Prepared to travel once per month to Europe, fully expensed.
