CMMS Data 40,000- 70,000 DOE We re recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading engineering consultancy seeking a CMMS Data ll be doing Manage and validate BIM asset data for CMMS and digital handover.
Review Revit models and coordinate asset information.
Prepare asset registers, COBie data, and CMMS import files.
Work closely with BIM, engineering, commissioning, and facilities management teams.
Ensure asset information is accurate, complete, and ready for client handover.
What we re looking for Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
Knowledge of CMMS, COBie, ISO 19650, and asset information management.
Strong Excel and data management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Around 5+ years BIM or digital engineering experience.
What s on offer 40,000- 70,000 salary (depending on experience).
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. 25 days annual leave plus all bank holidays....
