An established and highly respected Building Services Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead to join its growing London team based in Waterloo. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects within the education, healthcare, commercial, and public sectors, you will play a key role in leading BIM coordination activities, driving project delivery standards, and supporting multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional who enjoys a hands-on technical role while also taking ownership of project coordination and mentoring junior team members.
The Role- Lead BIM coordination across multiple building services projects.
- Manage and maintain project BIM models to a high standard.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
- Produce and review high-quality Revit models and associated documentation.
- Support project delivery from concept through to construction.
- Assist in developing BIM processes and best practices across the business.
- Mentor and support junior BIM technicians and coordinators.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a Building Services or MEP environment.
- Strong hands-on experience using Revit and associated BIM software.
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
- Excellent understanding of BIM standards and project workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with design teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within education, healthcare, or other complex building sectors would be advantageous.
- Competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days office / 2 days home).
- 25 days annual leave plus all 8 bank holidays.
