Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of fit out and refurbishment projects from award through to final account.
- Management of subcontract procurement and accounts.
- Preparation of valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
- Identification and management of commercial risks and opportunities.
- Contract administration and final account negotiation.
- Close collaboration with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within fit out, interiors, refurbishment or main contracting.
- Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and drive commercial performance.
- Relevant construction qualification desirable.
