An established and growing building services consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Manager to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable BIM professional who can step into the role and hit the ground running, taking ownership of both people and projects from day one.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and leading BIM delivery across commercial office fit-out projects, working closely with design teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, coordinated outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a BIM team, providing clear direction and technical guidance
- Take responsibility for BIM delivery across multiple projects simultaneously
- Implement and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows
- Oversee model coordination and ensure compliance with project and client requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related matters internally and externally
- Support project teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a BIM Manager within MEP / building services
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and leading projects
- Ability to take control of projects quickly and work with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practice
- Experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects is highly desirable
