I recently met with the leadership team of a well-established and growing Building Services Consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced MEP BIM Lead / Manager to support the delivery of an expanding portfolio of residential, commercial, and high-end bespoke projects. This newly created role has been designed to enhance BIM coordination, improve quality control, and provide valuable support to engineering teams across project delivery.
What really stood out during our meeting was the company's culture. Despite its continued growth, it has retained a genuine family business feel, led by four hands-on partners who have built a collaborative and supportive working environment. The team is young, dynamic, and benefits from exceptional staff retention, with several employees having been with the business for over a decade. Over 50 strong in the London office, the company promotes a healthy work-life balance and has recently relocated to a larger, modern open plan office not far from Farringdon. They often host regular social events and team gatherings to further contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Location: LondonRequirements:
- Hands-on modeling capability

- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
