Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role? We are thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Windsor and Maidenhead who are looking to appoint a Housing Allocations Officer for 3 months ongoing, at the rate of £19.07 per hour Paye.
Responsibilities:
- To assess applications in line with the organisations Allocations Policy.
- Making direct nominations to households on the Housing Register ensuring compliance with the Allocations Policy.
- An understanding of homelessness legislation.
- To provide advice and seek solutions to customers around their housing situation.
- To deliver an effective and efficient Housing Allocations service in order to meet the organisations responsibility to deliver its statutory functions.
