Play a key role in the successful delivery of complex Building Services projects by ensuring documentation is managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with project requirements.

We’ve partnered with a highly respected Building Services consultancy of approximately 40 specialists, renowned for delivering technically challenging Ministry of Justice (MOJ), commercial, and public sector projects across the UK. As their project portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Document Controller to take ownership of project documentation processes and support the smooth delivery of high-profile projects. What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction, engineering, or Building Services sector
  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures and best practices
  • Experience using Viewpoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, distributed, and archived in accordance with company procedures
  • Administer and maintain document management systems, including Viewpoint and ACC
  • Coordinate document submissions, approvals, revisions, and transmittals
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure documentation is up to date and accessible
  • Support project compliance by maintaining accurate records and audit trails
  • Assist with project reporting and documentation-related processes
