We are partnering with a leading high-end fit-out contractor in London who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious luxury residential, prime office, and boutique commercial interior projects in the capital - ranging from bespoke refurbishments to full CAT A & CAT B schemes.
As a Quantity Surveyor within this business, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple high-value fit-out projects, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate forecasting, and strong subcontractor management. You will be working alongside a highly skilled delivery team on projects where quality, detail, and client relationships are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full commercial lifecycle of high-end fit-out projects from £500k-£10m.
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities, tender documentation, and procurement packages.
- Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Produce detailed cost plans, CVRs, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Design Teams to ensure financial control and project profitability.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
- Support forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting across live projects.
- 4 years' experience as a QS within fit-out, interiors, or high-end refurbishment.
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts, procurement routes, and commercial processes.
- Experience delivering prime residential, luxury retail, or high-spec commercial interiors is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred).
- Competitive salary £60k-£80k (DOE).
