Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer ready to take the lead on exciting residential and commercial projects? Our client, a growing building services consultancy in Central London, is looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their close-knit team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you\βll have real ownership of projects, plenty of client interaction, and the chance to make a genuine impact within a supportive and relaxed environment.
What you will be doing
Leading mechanical and electrical design teams on a range of residential and commercial developments
Managing projects from concept through to completion
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team
Ensuring design quality and compliance with industry standards
What they are looking for
Around 8+ years of building services experience, ideally with both residential and commercial exposure
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status (essential)
Proven ability to lead projects and work directly with clients
Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and leadership skills
Someone who enjoys collaborating in a friendly team environment
