Im working with a highly respected independent Building Services consultancy that has built a strong reputation delivering technically challenging projects across the commercial, residential, mixed-use, education and specialist sectors.

Due to ongoing growth and succession planning, they are looking to appoint an Associate-level Engineer who wants to play a key role in the future direction of the business.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone with leadership aspirations.

The current directors are looking for an individual who can help drive the consultancy forward, with a clear pathway towards future ownership and the potential to take over the business within the next decade.

The Role Lead the delivery of mechanical or electrical building services projects from concept through to completion.

Manage client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers.

Support business development activities and help grow existing client accounts.

Work closely with the directors on strategic decisions and future growth plans.

Influence the future direction of a well-established consultancy.
