Following continued growth and an ambitious expansion strategy, they are looking for a commercially aware construction professional to support the successful delivery of projects through the preconstruction phase. The Opportunity Working alongside experienced Commercial Managers, Designers and Project Delivery teams, you will play a key role in developing cost plans, coordinating information and managing the preconstruction process from initial enquiry through to project handover.
