The company is looking to appoint an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across London. This role is ideal for someone with a solid commercial foundation who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced fit-out environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the commercial management of fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and appointments
- Preparing and managing interim valuations, variations, and change control
- Supporting cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial performance
- Assisting with final accounts and project close-out
- Previous experience in an Assistant QS / Assistant Commercial Manager role
- Fit-out experience preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and commercial processes
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Ambitious and keen to progress into a more senior commercial role
- Competitive salary of 35,000 - 45,000
