The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team. This role focuses on delivering an outcome-focused assessment service for adults with physical disabilities or age-related needs. This is a hybrid role, offering a balance between office-based and remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outcome-focused assessments for adults with physical disabilities and age-related conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely support and interventions.
  • Develop person-centred care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records and case management documentation.

Requirements

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant professional registration.
  • Experience providing assessment services for adults with physical disabilities or age-related needs.
  • Strong communication and assessment skills.
  • Experience within a local authority setting is desirable.
