Eden Brown are currently recruiting for Learning Support Officers to join an education setting in Widnes on a temporary, ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced and passionate support professionals who are committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff and students, providing tailored support both in and outside the classroom.
The Role
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support to students.
- Supporting students with their learning and development.
- Helping students overcome barriers to education and build confidence.
- Working alongside teaching staff to ensure students receive appropriate support.
- Adapting your approach to meet individual learning needs.
- Encouraging students to develop independence and achieve their goals.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working in an educational environment.
- Experience supporting young people or adults with additional learning needs is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic and supportive approach.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A genuine passion for helping learners succeed.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a wider teaching and support team.
