Eden Brown are seeking a dynamic and motivated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a leading college in Merseyside on a temporary, full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and support to students studying Health and Social Care & Health Studies courses Level 2 and 3.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and materials that promote active learning and meet course objectives.
- Assess students' progress, provide feedback, and offer guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree or qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Teaching experience, particularly up to Level 3, ideally in a further education setting.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed.
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
