Job Opportunity: English Lecturer

Location: Widnes

Type: Full time, temporary

Rate: 30-35p/h

Hours:

  • Monday: 8:30 am - 9:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Thursday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in GCSE and Functional Skills English.
  • Plan and assess engaging lessons tailored to adult learners.
  • Support learners in achieving their full potential.

Requirements

  • Qualified in English or a relevant subject.
  • Experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills English.
  • Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A DBS is also needed for this role.
