Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join the Child & Family Help Team with AFC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Child & Family Help Team, ensuring effective early intervention and preventative support.
- Provide regular supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff within the team.
- Oversee assessments, planning, and interventions to ensure children's needs are identified and addressed promptly.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are managed appropriately and escalated when required.
- Promote high standards of practice in line with legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver coordinated support to families.
- Contribute to service development, quality assurance, and performance management.
Working Pattern:
- Hybrid working.
Pay Rate:
- £44.68 p/h Umbrella.
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work qualification - Degree or equivalent.
- Significant experience within children's social care, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, early help, and child in need processes.
- Social Work England registration.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff within a fast-paced environment.
