Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Youth Justice Case Manager to join the Youth Justice Service for Tower Hamlets Council (including the City of London).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of children aged 10-17 who are subject to community and custodial court orders.
  • Build effective, trusting relationships with children and families to support engagement and positive behavioural change.
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop individualised intervention plans to reduce offending and safeguard the public.
  • Deliver interventions in line with 'Child First' principles, ensuring the child's voice is central to all practice.
  • Apply trauma-informed, restorative justice, and relational approaches in all areas of work.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-agency and multi-disciplinary team, including police, CAMHS, education, and health professionals.
  • Prepare high-quality reports for court and contribute to legal processes where required.

Pay Rate:

  • £37.92 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Social Work, Youth Justice, Criminology, or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Youth Justice or Youth Offending Service
  • Strong understanding of Child First principles, trauma-informed practice, and restorative approaches
  • Experience working in a multi-agency environment and delivering interventions to reduce reoffending
