Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team at Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
The role focuses on outcome-focused assessments for adults with physical disabilities and age-related needs, with senior-level responsibilities.
Location: Town Hall, St Ives Rd, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1RF
Rate: £38.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Complete outcome-focused OT assessments.
- Assess complex physical dysfunction and equipment needs.
- Undertake moving and handling assessments.
- Recommend appropriate equipment and support.
- Work with adults to promote independence and positive outcomes.
- Provide senior-level support and professional guidance within the team.
Requirements
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Strong experience in adult social care or community OT.
- Excellent knowledge of complex equipment and moving & handling.
- Experience managing complex assessments and risk.
- Strong communication and multi-disciplinary working skills.
