Team Manager required for work within the Cared for Team in the Torbay area. Exceptional rates up to £45ph plus £150 pw accommodation and long term contracts offered in a beautiful seaside town. 37 hours per week. Good transport links from M5. Flexible hybrid working.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager - Cared for Children to join a supportive and dedicated Children's Services team in Torbay. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a strong background in Children in Care/Cared for Children services to lead a statutory team focused on achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and supporting a Cared for Children team
- Providing supervision, guidance, and oversight to social workers
- Overseeing care planning, permanency planning, and safeguarding practice
- Ensuring statutory responsibilities and performance targets are met
- Promoting positive outcomes and stability for children in care
- Supporting service development and continuous improvement initiatives
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
