Temporary BTEC Chemistry Lecturer (Full-Time) Greater Manchester September Start - Until Christmas 2026 in the 1st instance Rate: 30- 40 per hour - 36 hours per week paid Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated BTEC Chemistry Lecturer to join a successful sixth form college in Greater Manchester on a full-time temporary basis from September until the Christmas break. The successful candidate will: * Deliver engaging and high-quality BTEC Chemistry lessons. * Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the BTEC curriculum and assessment requirements. * Support and inspire students to achieve their full academic potential. * Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management. * Work collaboratively with the Science department to support student success and progression. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a recognised teaching qualification, or relevant further education teaching qualification. * Experience teaching Chemistry within a BTEC or vocational setting. * Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom practice. * Good understanding of BTEC assessment and internal verification requirements. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). * Eligibility to work in the UK.
