Eden Brown are seeking a passionate and dynamic teacher to join the Springboard programme at a leading FE college in Greater Manchester. This is a short-term, full-time opportunity to make a real impact, supporting students in their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the Springboard curriculum including Maths, English and Employability
- Support student progress, providing guidance and feedback
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and safeguarding
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience teaching in an FE setting or relevant educational background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and engage students effectively

A DBS is also required for this role.
