Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for a Pastoral Mentor in West Yorkshire on a full-time temporary basis. You will support a caseload of learners, delivering one-to-one mentoring and targeted interventions to boost attendance, wellbeing and academic success.
The role requires safeguarding knowledge, experience with disengaged learners, and DBS clearance. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (Fridays finish at 4:00pm).
