Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Reviews Officer to deliver a high-quality statutory reviews service under Section 202 of the Housing Act 1996 in the Waltham area, focusing on robust, legally compliant homelessness and housing allocation decisions within statutory timescales.
You will work with Legal Services, customers, and internal teams to issue clear decisions, manage extensions, and support appeals, with a view to reducing litigation and improving decision-making.
