Childcare Lecturer - T-Levels

/n Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
/n Hours: Part-time / 4 days per week
/n Rate: £35 - £40 per hour

Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Childcare Lecturer to join a college in Merseyside, delivering Level 2 Childcare T-Level programmes across four days per week.
/n
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate education professional to support students in developing the knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours needed for successful careers in the early years and childcare sector.
/n
The role
/n As a Childcare Lecturer, you will:
/n
* Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Level 2 Childcare T Level programmes.
/n * Plan lessons and prepare relevant teaching and learning resources.
/n * Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
/n * Monitor learner progress and provide support where required.
/n * Prepare students for practical and work-related elements of their programmes..
/n
About you
/n You will ideally have:
/n * A relevant qualification in Childcare, Early Years, Education or a related subject.
/n * Experience teaching or supporting learners at Level 2 and/or T Level.
/n * Current knowledge of early years and childcare practice.
/n * A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
/n * Strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills.
/n * A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their potential.
/n
