Key responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with families, ensuring that interventions are tailored to individual needs.
- Providing supervision and support to junior staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local and national standards.
- Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. You should have substantial experience in child protection and safeguarding, along with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
