Senior Social Worker – Family Safeguarding Assessments Team

Location: Dudley Council (West Midlands)Rate: Up to £38 per hour (Umbrella)one of the highest rates across the West MidlandsContract: Interim / AgencyStart Date: ASAPWorking Pattern: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in the office each week

About the Role

Dudley Council is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Assessments Team.

  • Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and statutory guidance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  • Able to manage a complex caseload within statutory timescales.
