We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic Council Housing service, supporting residents to live safely and independently through timely, high-quality occupational therapy interventions.
About the Role:
- You will manage and deliver complex housing-related OT assessments and recommendations, while providing professional supervision and support to junior OTs and staff.
- The role involves close partnership working with housing, health, and social care colleagues, as well as contributing to ongoing service improvement.
- The postholder will maintain professional accountability by accessing regular clinical supervision from an appropriately qualified supervisor and ensuring practice meets HCPC and Council standards.
Key Requirements:
- Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
- HCPC registration
- Relevant post-qualification experience, including staff supervision
