Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a long-term role in Slough. This position offers hybrid working, combining office and remote days, giving you flexibility while being part of a dynamic team within Adult Social Care Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, care planning, and interventions for adults
- Work collaboratively as part of the ICDM team
- Support service users in achieving independence and improved quality of life
