This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of contextual safeguarding, supporting young people impacted by extra-familial harm, including exploitation, serious youth violence, and peer-related risks in our dynamic and dedicated Adolescent Protection Team.

About the Role:

  • Contributing to strategy discussions
  • Leading on Section 47 enquiries
  • Contributing to Group Supervision
  • Building trusted, trauma-informed relationships with adolescents and their families
  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver robust safety planning
  • Supporting colleagues through reflective supervision and practice development

Suitable candidates must have a degree in social work, be on the SWE register and have at least 3 years post qualification experience working as a permanent social worker.
