Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for Wiltshire Council who are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Reablement Service. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams in Great Western Hospital (GWH) and Royal United Hospital (RUH) to support timely and effective hospital discharges into reablement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Confident working with acute hospital teams and discharge planning
