Our client, a leading children’s residential service, is looking for a Registered Team Manager to join their 3-bed home, currently supporting 1 young person. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team of 5 staff, supporting the existing Deputy Assistant Manager, and contribute to delivering outstanding care.
The Role:
- Take on Registered Manager responsibilities and complete Ofsted registration.
- Lead, manage, and develop the residential team, ensuring high-quality care.
- Manage budgets, implement quality audits, and ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
- Support care planning and work collaboratively with Local Authorities.
- Participate in out-of-hours management as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (mandatory).
- Proven experience in residential childcare management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
