Eden Brown Synergy are delighted to be supporting a public sector Organisation with filling their vacant Employee Relations Specialist role on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for providing quality expert complex ER case advice, guidance and coaching to line managers in the regional or corporate area of the business you are aligned to.
- By providing an impartial viewpoint you will be able to improve capability, ensuring adherence to our policies and procedures, enabling our managers to be at their best, getting it right the first time.
Qualifications
- You will have proven experience in the management of complex CR (ER) cases, including TUPE and redundancy consultation.
- You will also be an expert with Employment Tribunal, ACAS EC knowledge and experience.
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation is required.
Salary & Location
This is a regional role, paying up to £70,000 (+ Car Allowance) for the right candidate. The location of all sites can be provided if you can drop your CV on.
