Team Manager required for work within the Families First Front Door Team based in Plymouth in the beautiful county of Devon. Competitive rates of pay £47.50ph. 37 hours week- 3 month minimum contract with opportunity to extend. Good transport links to the M5 and A38. Flexible hybrid working arrangements. There is a shift pattern that covers some out of hours on call and also 1 weekend in four.

About the Role:

As a Family First Front Door Team Manager, you will provide leadership, management and professional guidance to your team. You will promote excellent social work practice, ensuring timely assessments, purposeful interventions and effective safeguarding measures. Through one to one and group supervisions, you will challenge and motivate the team to deliver outstanding services to our vulnerable children, young people and their families while upholding high professional standards.

About You:

You will bring a strong combination of professional values, behaviours, and specialist skills, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality social work practice and positive outcomes for children and families. You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
