Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for a Pastoral Mentor on behalf of a well-established FE College in West Yorkshire. This is a full-time temporary role to start asap for at least 10 weeks, with a 8:30am-4:30pm schedule and a 4:00pm finish on Fridays.
You will provide pastoral support to a caseload of learners, delivering targeted one-to-one interventions to support attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and academic success, working with curriculum and safeguarding staff and external agencies.
