We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a busy Children in Care Team based in North Somerset. This is a fast-paced role working with children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, stability, and long-term outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children in care (LAC).
- Undertake statutory visits, care planning, and reviews.
- Work closely with foster carers, residential settings, and partner agencies.
- Contribute to pathway planning and permanence planning.
- Prepare reports for court and statutory meetings where required.
- Promote the welfare, safety, and best interests of children and young people.
You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to your own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
