We are currently seeking an experienced Advance Social Worker to join a Youth Justice Team based in North Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people, helping to reduce offending, improve outcomes, and support long-term positive change.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload of children and young people involved with the Youth Justice Service.
- Undertake comprehensive assessments, intervention planning, and risk management.
- Prepare high-quality reports for courts, panels, and multi-agency meetings.
- Work directly with children, young people, and their families to address offending behaviour and promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with partner agencies including education, health, police, probation, and children's social care.
You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to your own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
