Eden Brown are currently recruiting an Early Years Lecturer on behalf of a Further Education College in Greater Manchester on a temporary basis to cover sickness.
Working Hours
- Tuesday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Early Years / Childcare courses.
- Support student's academic and personal development.
- Plan and assess engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Cover for absent staff and maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Relevant childcare / early years qualification and teaching experience.
- Experience working in further education is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- A DBS is also needed for this role.
