Eden Brown are seeking an experienced Health & Social Care Lecturer or an educator for a Further Education College in Manchester. This is a part‑time temporary role for a short‑term basis for approximately six weeks, expected to run from 20 April to 12 June. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tutor or lecturer to support students in a supportive FE/sixth form environment while delivering engaging Health & Social Care lessons and assessing student progress.
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:45am – 2:45pm
- Tuesday: 8:45am – 2:30pm
- Wednesday: 8:45am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 8:45am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:45am – 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Health & Social Care lessons to FE/sixth form students
- Assess and mark student coursework and assignments
- Support learners in achieving their academic goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching within a Further Education or sixth form setting
- A degree in Health & Social Care or a closely related subject
- Experience working within the Health & Social Care sector is desirable
- Ability to mark coursework and provide constructive feedback
- Current DBS
