Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the planning, organisation and administration of examinations.
  • Ensuring all examination procedures comply with awarding body regulations.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between students, staff, invigilators, and examination boards.
  • Maintaining accurate examination records and candidate data.
  • Overseeing exam entries, amendments, and results processing.
  • Managing the preparation, scheduling, and distribution of examination materials.
  • Ensuring the secure handling of confidential information at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within an educational or examinations environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
