Eden Brown are looking for a skilled and motivated Assessor in Business Administration and Customer Service on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.
About the Role:
As an Assessor, you will play a key role in assessing and supporting apprentices in their workplaces, guiding them through their Business Administration and Customer Service qualifications. This is a temporary role offering the flexibility to work part-time hours while making a real difference in the apprentices' professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for apprentices in Business Administration and Customer Service.
- Support apprentices in the workplace, ensuring they meet the requirements of their qualifications.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and guidance to ensure learners are progressing and achieving their potential.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, reviews, and learner progress.
- Work closely with employers to ensure a collaborative approach to training and development.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration and Customer Service.
- A recognised assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, or equivalent).
- Experience of assessing apprentices in these sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting learners.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car, as you will be required to visit apprentices in the workplace across Greater Manchester.
A Current DBS is also needed for this role.
